Take a step back, just for a moment. Slow down and appreciate the day you are living, as simple as that day may be.

In this promotional video for Busty and the Bass we discover the band through a phone recording of their lead singer Nick Ferraro reminiscing about how far they’ve come in the last 4 years. These sound recordings are set against visuals of bustling New York streets, mimicking life’s fast pace and rapid evolution. This video is not about a band resting on their laurels and enumerating their career achievements, it’s about a small moment of introspection amidst a busy year of shows as they revisit a town that reminds them of how far they’ve come.

Co-directed by Vincent René-Lortie and Alexandre Nour, this clip takes a documentary approach and follows the band through their New York City show, the same weekend an unprecedented heat wave has hit the legendary city.

A NEW-YORK MEMORY.
